Welcome to KWInjector! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the KWInjector website, software (CLI, Desktop GUI, SDKs), WebUI, APIs, and other services (collectively, the 'Services') provided by KWInjector ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You also affirm that your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of Services & License
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and for their intended purposes. Intended Purpose: KWInjector tools are designed for security research, penetration testing, and personal management of cryptocurrency assets where you have explicit authorization. The 'Exploitation Layer' and similar advanced features are intended SOLELY for use on wallets and systems for which you have obtained explicit, verifiable, and legal prior consent to test or interact with in such a manner. Prohibited Conduct: You agree NOT to: - Use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose, including but not limited to accessing or attempting to access wallets or funds for which you do not have explicit legal authorization. - Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws. - Misrepresent your identity or authorization when using the Services. - Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services. - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software provided as part of the Services, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law despite this limitation. - Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing or other fraudulent activities. - Resell, lease, or sublicense the Services without our express written permission.
3. Accounts, License Keys, and Security
WebUI Access: To access the WebUI, simply enter your valid license key — no account registration or email verification required. Your license key is your sole credential for WebUI access. License Keys: License keys grant access to specific features or usage tiers of the Services. Keys are for your use only and may not be shared or transferred unless explicitly permitted by your license terms. User Responsibility for Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your own cryptocurrency wallets, private keys, and any systems you interact with using KWInjector. KWInjector is a tool, and like any powerful tool, it must be used responsibly and ethically. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations or from your misuse of the Services.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of KWInjector and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the KWInjector trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KWINJECTOR, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT KWINJECTOR HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your actions while using KWInjector and for any consequences thereof. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KWInjector and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Changes to Terms & Termination
Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
